Sort of tempted by a SACD player

I have heard of these SACD players and disc but never paid to much attention to them because I figured they would be expensive, the disc would be expensive and my choice of music would not be in a Super Audio format, my favorite bands like Metallica and Slayer. That and I never had a "real" stereo system. But earlier this week I did get my first 5.1 surround sound system up and running. I was thinking about adding a real CD player instead of using my 40gig PS3 or dvd player and I thought about going with a changer. 200 disc? Maybe a bit much. But while I was at Best Buy today I seen a Sony 5 disc SACD changer for under 200 bucks and it got me thinking... Should I?

I don't know too much about SACDs but I would assume the players can read regular audio CDs

its the lack music that I like in the SACD format that is really holding me back. I am not even sure how well the SACD format is doing. If I am buying a new CD changer anyway, would it make since to get a SACD player "in case"?

About the only SACDs I may like that I have seen available is Pink Floyd and Black Sabbath
