Two Upstate New York men, Jeremy Wheeler, 29, and his father, William Wheeler, 51, were arrested after they were found to be growing marijuana in the son's Courtland, New York home.

Whilst being booked, the younger Wheeler tried eating some of the plants, and thus was charged with evidence tampering. He was also charged with resisting arrest.

The elder Wheeler was charged with possession and manufacture of marijuana.

Both men were released on bail.
