The new series of The Thick Of It is brilliant so far with Rebecca Front as the new minister, Peter Capaldi still on top form and most of his dialogue would cause a swear filter to melt, "Get over here now, and it might be an idea to wear brown trousers and a shirt the colour of blood"

To those considering adding "In the Loop" to their collections and having no difficulties playing Region B locked blu-rays. I suggest getting the UK version released back in August, 2009 as it surpasses the US release in extras additionally having an audio commentary and interviews with the director and cast, sript/storyboard comparisons and webisodes. Not being a fan of political movies I was just planning on renting. However after watching this movie and being totally entertained I will be purchasing asap. The scripts for the various characters are witty as hell and very well written.

I wanted to see this film when it was at theaters, but it never came to my town. My wife and I saw it from Netflix, and upon finishing it, went to amazon and ordered the blu-ray. We both thought it was hilarious and somewhat scary. Highly recommended.

Late on this... Watched it this past weekend. In a word: brilliant.
