Default Walmart vs. Amazon Price War on books

I tried to find a topic on this but so many walmart and amazon threads out there.

For those that read and are Stephen King, Dean Koontz, and Michael Crichton fans. Walmart and Amazon are in a price war on their top 10 pre-order books and this relates to Kindle books on Amazon too....if it's available for kindle.

They started at $10 per book then Amazon went to $9 and now Walmart is at $8.99 and free shipping per book. There are other books besides those three authors but they are a few of my favorites.

I don't usually order from Walmart but if you order the Stephen King, Dean Koontz, and Michael Crichton books all at the same time to get the free shipping from Amazon, they won't ship the Stephen King book (11/10 release) until the other two books get released on 11/14.

I ordered from Walmart.
