Default 2 devices 1 HDMI

I think i know the answer but i figured I would ask the experts. How i have my TV mounted I only was able to run (1) HDMI cable through the wall. With the addition of the Blu ray player and a comcast cable box how do I get both devices to work on (1) hdmi input?

Most use their receiver to do this, but monoprice sells a selection of devices that would work as well.
