New Avatar Trailer in MP4? - Blu-ray Forum

Hello People!

I was wondering if anyone can provide a link to download the newer Avatar trailer in 1080p.mp4? I want to watch it on my ps3 but my poor old laptop cant handle the conversion of the 1080p quicktime file with programs such as Yamb?

Can any1 help???

A two second Google search would have found it for you. Also, this has nothing to do with blu-ray, so it should be moved to the movies and TV section.

He wanted links to download the new trailer in 1080p. Those are both links to the trailer in 1080p.

Regardless, this thread still needs to be moved.

Granted, i posted in the wrong section but you may note, I'm new here.

I have searched and search, if you read my post again you might realise that I already have the 1080p version of the newest trailer, but it is in quicktime format and so I cant transfer it onto my ps3. I have Yamb, but my laptop cant handle the conversion without freezing halfway. I was asking if some1 had a link, i.e rapidhsare/megaupload, where i can download the 'already converted' version?

hmm what a warm wlecome to the forums...

If somebody 'else' could help, it would much be appreciated.

If you'd read properly benricci, you would have noticed, I have already watched the versions you posted, i was looking for a download link for the readily converted mp4 versions as my laptop cant handle the conversion itself.

The 1080p Yahoo trailer has 'corrupted data', meaning a missing / damaged frame so the trailer won't play all the way on a PS3 - I know because I tried it. It stops about 3 minutes or so in. Not much, but it's still incomplete.

The 720p version does play fine, though.

Hopefully this version is fixed, and if so, thanks!

Thanks NL197, I had the same problems, my ps3 wouldnt stream it in the ps3's browser. I would prefer to have it as a movie file on the psn dashboard anyway, so i can watch it full screen, whenever I want.

I have quicktime pro and converted it to mp4 then played it on the PS3. That's when the error popped up.

I then took the original quicktime video and used a different programto convert it to m2ts, and it didn't even finish converting because the file had that missing / damaged frame that prevented it from converting all the way.

Wow, thanks for that dl link. Looks great on my pc. Having never seen the movie I am so psyched for thursday. This movie appears to have it all!!!
