Default Thinnest multi-DVD cases?

I figured this belonged in OT since it is about DVD cases.

http://www.american-digital.com/prod...ixDVDM-LockHub

I've been getting blank cases like these for some time to replace the odd sized collection cases and those that come in multi 7mm cases in a cardboard sleve, for the first the alternates save space, for the second, the replacements just seem to be less hassle to deal with (no more dropping the other two or three slim cases on the floor while trying to get the next disc out and so on). I've noticed that some sets now come in multidisc cases that are even thinner and seem to me to have more of a feel like the multi-BD cases minus the portion on the top with the BD seal, like the case for the Moonlight complete series set. I was wondering if anyone knows where DVD cases like these can be bought. I'm happy with the cases I am using for single through 4 disc from the above site, the single and double cases are 7mm and the triple and quad cases are the same thickness as a standard single DVD case. Unless someone has come out with 3 to 4 DVD cases in 11 or 12mm size, I am looking for 5 and up cases that are a bit thinner than these M-lock cases if they can be found. Also, if anyone knows of sources for blank insert sleves that will fit the 7mm cases I'd love to know. I bought some that said they were for slim DVD cases, but they seem to be made for 10mm or whatever the ones thicker than the super slim cases but thinner than the standard 14mm cases are, the spine section was just too wide.

Thanks,

Chris
