Quick Question to Gamefly users - Blu-ray Forum

I'm thinking about setting myself up a Gamefly account and I just had one quick qestion that I couldn't seem to find the answer to on their website.

The question is do they put a cap on how many games you can rent in a month or is it unlimited rentals? Thanks.

unlimited, but i will say they dont come as fast as netflix

Yeah they're slower for sure. It should be 1 day travel from the center to me but it takes a few days.

cool thanks, I have a feeling its gonna take at least 3 days to get to me. Mine are going to be shipping from 2 states over.

quit after ur first month ... then accept an email at a lower counter offer

or wind up like me over a year strong at regular price lol.

But the perks are cool once over a year....

If you are about to join and know you will use it for awhile, purchase a giftcard from the site. You can get up to 20% off your monthly fee when you pay in advance. For a year membership you end up paying only $12.50/mo for 1 game out versus $16.

If you are right next to a shipping center the turn around is just as fast as netflix, 1 day. Any further and it seems to be slower. When I was in Denver it took sometimes 5 or 6 days to get a game back. That is when you opt for the 2 games out and start playing game 2 when you send the first game back. By the time you finish that game, a new one will be in your mailbox.

After 2 and a half years I just canceled my account so it's ending next month. I live one state over from a shipping center and it's taking a week to get my games. That's just too long for me especially if I end up not liking the game I rent.
