Pls recommend a good HT Back up battery. - Blu-ray Forum

Hi, my TiVo external hdd crapped out after a power outage. I was wondering if you could recommend a good product to protect my equipment. I looked at the monster stuff but it look like too much for my blood.

battery or surge protector? there a massive thread on protection but ive used this one for a while and its been perfect.

Well, I use this one and it not only looks good w/my other audio/video equipment but it is a safety net for both my dish network satellite receiver but also for the bulb in my TV!

you only need to connect items that need to be shut down properly. For instance, a receiver does not need to be connected to an ups.
