was supposed to come out in the uk last week but its now got a release date for 10th dec 07 check the link out

Big change from last week to December! I wish they would stop pulling release dates out of thin air

I suspect that date is going to hold, since we all know Fox is finally getting ready to throw out again for the all important 4th quarter/holiday season at the end of the year.
