The first that was announced was Charlies Angels - however this was for industry consumption. What the first commercially available title is - it's down to a number. Most probably a handfull will appear at once. Have a look on other threads for listings. Just be aware some being released as HD-DVD may take some time to appear on Blu Ray - but will sometime.

There is something like 60 or 80 titles that will be released at the same time I believe and all from different studios. This way, Best Buy & Circuit City will actually be able to have a dedicated Blu-Ray section in their stores that people will be able to find. I don't believe we are going to see a single 'first' official movie, but a bunch available to the consumers.

I know that Sony stores have used Japanese Blu-Ray players with Spiderman 2 on them. As said above, Charlies Angels was mastered in 1080p for initial production run testing - but isn't listed as a release title (?). I'm not sure if there is one that is considered 'first' though.
