Lake House BD - 2 versions, what gives? - Blu-ray Forum

In the run-up for Christmas a girl friend of mine gave me a list of possible Blu-ray discs she would like to have and on that list was the Sandra Bullock-Keanu Reeves "time travel" romance "The Lake House."

Checking here on Blu-ray.com however I notice there is a version of the Blu-ray already released and a second with a release date in 2010 and wondered, what gives? Is this a new release with better A/V quality or just a report of the already released BD?

The 2010 "release" is only a price reduction for Valentine's Day.
