Default Problems with Amazon shipping
Recently, I get more and more Blu Ray Disc delivered from Amazon in padded envelopes. Just a few days ago I got Monster Inc and Up in an envelope. Both cases where crashed. I requested a replacement and they shipped it the same way in an envelope. And again the cases where broken and discs where scratched.
Amazon is using UPS which is very bad in my area. I have seen the driver throwing my packages on my porch or he doesn’t deliver the package even tracking shows it is out for delivery. I get it the next or following day. I contacted Amazon and UPS about these problems a few times and they were very sorry about this but nothing changed.
Does anybody have similar experience with Amazon shipping?
