UPC Code - Blu-ray Forum

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for a topic like this, but here goes. Basically I am trying to collect on the 5 free blu-ray movie offer, and noticed part of the agreement is to mail in the UPC code on your blu-ray player. I bought a PS3 and still have the original box, and have checked and there are several different bar code sticker like things on it. Which of these is the UPC code?
