whats does "This service is not available in your country/region mean? it the store down or do i need do something?

If you're just getting that message now all the sudden, I think there's some sort of maintenance going on right now. Try again in a couple hours.

Also, if you live in Canada and try to open the PS Video Store, that message will appear because we don't get the service up here.

k, i live in PA and been on the Store many times it just happen all the sudden

I think a lot of people are reporting this error. Its probably just under maintenance.
