When I buy a bd from north America there is something in the case I have been wondering about. And that is printed all over the case "security device enclosed"

It is a preinstalled security device for stores in the US. You can take it off but everytime I have it leaves a serious sticky residue, so i just leave em on. But removing it will not matter if that is what you are asking, it is just for store security and should be desensitized if you bought it.

If you're talking about the little black rectangle-shaped plastic one, I peel those out of every movie I buy. If you're talking about the heavy paper square-shaped one, I leave those because they're such a PITA to remove. completely.

DON'T DO IT!

If you remove that device, which is hooked up to explosives... you. will. die.

For the love of GOD man... think of the children!
