Default Just picked a 50" Panasonic G10

It took a little work to get the thing to fit but very happy with the results. My condo had this closet in the living-room that was in a horrible spot. So it had to go...

Here's the before with closet and my 32" LCD which is going in the bedroom now.

and here's the after, 50" G10 I love this thing! The size difference between 32" and 50" is incredible. Not sure how I watched something so small, haha.

I plan to wall mount the tv, so I can throw the center channel on the stand. I don't want it much higher then it is now.
Thanks for looking

Nice job! I like where your Panny is now compared to where the old tv was.
Yeah, going to a 50 from a 32 is a big difference. You made a excellent choice with that panny. My sig doesn't show it yet,but I just picked up a Panny 42 G15 and holy **** it's awesome. I know your Panny is gonna produce a beautiful picure, congrats!

Actually I was set to buy the 50" S1 and saw the G10 playing a blu-ray and I was sold. The picture was unreal. I plan to mess around with the settings as soon as it gets some play time under it's belt. Right now have it on THX mode / warm 2.

LOL,, I bought the S-1 when best buy had it on sale , looked at the G-10 at the same time and I could'nt justify the $300.00 difference for it at the time , But I kept an eye on it and when the G-10 went on sale which was actually lower than the S-1 . I returened the S-1 and got Money back , Went home with the new G_10 And over the next 30 days I still kept any eye on the price at Best Buy , and the price still went lower 2 more times , I think I ended up getting over $200.00 back Plus triplle reward points which was like $75.00 . In the end I really think I made out quite well on the deal, The only thing different I would of done was go with the 54" or 58" if they would of had one in stock , but they did'nt ,, Still quite happy ,,,As for the adjustments I took the Vivid mode numbers then went to customize and tweeked off from them , I think I really got a pretty good pic so far, And really I dont use the THX mode much , But thought it would be a good sell point if down the road I sold the TV and went to a bigger on ,. LOL

Well the price just went down again $50 at bestbuy so I guess I'll be going to get some money back. Also signed up for the rewards zone deal so I should get about $30 from that. I'm checking the price everyday hoping it goes down again.

Haha yes, I can relate. It's difficult to pull the trigger but you gotta love comparing the before and after pictures. Well done!
