HELP syncing DIGITAL COPIES !!! - Blu-ray Forum

hey guys

im having trouble syncing my digital copies into my ipod classic. im having no prob getting them from the digital copy disc into my computer, but when i try to drag and drop the file into my ipod i get a warning telling me that im not authorized to do so.

also ..... the digital copies won't even play ... i just get a blank grey screen while the time bar moves. well so far ive only tried Dark Knight and Wall-E. maybe those 2 are have known probs? i dunno

anyways ANY help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thnx

Did you redeem them through itunes?

ya i redeemed through itunes with the code given to me in their respective blu rays. i have them on my comp as mpeg-4's, but they won't play (properly) or transfer to my ipod

Did you redeem them on another computer and then move them to yours?

If you can actually see that the videos are loaded on your itunes program, then you may have to go into your settings to make sure that the videos are set to sync. I had a hard time figuring out why my photos weren't syncing to my ipod Touch. And if they are don't have a check mark next to them, I think that means don't sync with the ipod. You may want to check all of those things.
