Hi I was just wondering, is the Blu Ray version of Kingdom of Heaven just the movie itself or are the extras from the 4 disc DVD edition included as well?

no, no extras that i remember at all.

i used to own the 4disc, which i got rid of. the BD doesn't have most of it. it has certain things (but not much). depends on if ur a huge fan of bonus feature. i personally am not, so i just simply don't care if there is no extras =P.

I think it is still a great deal for the 12 or so dollars it is on Amazon with it potentially coming down to sub 10 on Friday. Great film that is severely overlooked.

what are you talking about? the BD only has a trailer. that's it.

If anyone wants a French copy (plays Region A fine) that is VC-1 and has 7 hours of extras, PM me.

No, its a trailer-only Blu-ray Disc.

I was waiting for a re-release of this with the special features for a long time. But, I realized it probably won't happen so I bought the blu and found a 3 disc case and added the two bonus features discs from the dvd to the blu in that large case.

if there is a french VC-1 copy w/bonus features that means it's going to be double dipped here in the US sooner or later =). though i can't for the life of me remember any Fox double dips so far... (Casino Royale is more MGM, not Fox). oh wait: X-Men 3 was double dipped in a double disc.

I've read that the French VC-1 release "has gamma boosting and [is] framed with a blu line on the right margin" (the blue line is apparently hidden on displays with overscan). Is this right?
