sony 40" xbr9 wall mount at monoprice?

i have couple of questions regarding the wall mount at monoprice for my 40" xbr9. i never wall mounted any tv before so this is new to me.

how are the quality of the wall mounts at monoprice? the price is way cheaper compare to other stores.

how do i even start choosing since there are so many different ones? and how do i make sure it fits?

i don't think i need one that tilts or swivels. i plan on leaving it alone. i found two of the low profile ones that i like but not sure if it fits.
