Australia 3:10 to Yuma - Sony Release In Australia?

Noticed that Game Head lists the distributer as SPHE (Sony Pictures Home Entertainment). From the pic of the cover art this does indeed seem to be the case (with the familiar gray colored banner Sony uses).

The film was distributed here in the US by Lionsgate. Not a bad release by any means but I just wanted to know if this Sony release has a different encode. AVC perhaps instead of the VC-1 encode. Or is it simply a port of the version released here in the US?
