Pan's Labyrinth re-release? - Blu-ray Forum

Apparently a re-issue of Pan's Labyrinth is due for release February 2, 2010 at Best Buy. They might just be adding a slipcover like Babel has now.

Anybody hear about this?

I haven't heard of it, but I'll definitely get it. One of my favorite movies ever.

Looks just like the re-release of casablanca I believe the only new thing is the slip cover. I shall pass!

It's just a re-release as part of the whole Academy Award winners series that a few of the studios are doing. There aren't any changes to the disc itself at all. You get a new cover/slipcover and that's it. Jeff Kleist mentioned it in the Digital Bits thread.
