Default Has anyone done a "return to sender" with Amazon.com?
I pre-ordered Up and Monsters Inc. from Amazon, but then on the day of release Disney did that $10 off coupon for Up and there was also the $8 off of Monsters. So I just wrote on the box "Refuse: return to sender" because I got them a lot cheaper at Best Buy. It's been almost a month and I have not gotten a refund, nor do I know if Amazon has even received the package. Has anyone else done a "return to sender" and what was your experience with it? And does anyone know what I should do about this?
