Just converted mine from a 1-disc to a 3-disc SteelBook (2 discs plus Best Buy bonus DVD). Looks pretty sweet, will post pics soon. Going to do the same thing for "At World's End" next.

Yeah, it can be done with Bug's Life and Nightmare Before Christmas, as they have wrong inserts - this way nothing is wasted

How rare are all three of the Pirates steelbooks? I really like the cover art all of them, but i'm apprehensive on paying $35 a piece for them.

They are still in a lot of Best Buy stores so not rare.
