What do you think is the best adventure series?

I ask this question because i finally watched Angels and Demons today and i thought that these 2 series of films were pretty similar IMO. just want to get others opinions.

NT is a really fun film I own... the second one was pretty good but nothing I want to own... I didn't like Da Vinci Code so therefore have not seen Angels

Angels is better than the da vinci code, it's faster paced and a hell of alot more fun.

I'm going to go with the National Treasure series, mainly because I think the overall casts are better and I have a thing for Diane Kruger.

I would have to have to say the National Treasure films. Utterly unbelieveable plot, but good fun.

I want to say Indiana Jones.

But of the choices I would go with National Treasure. Although the second was definitely weaker than the first.

I've never really gotten into the National Treasure movies.

To me though they really aren't the same type of movie.

National Treasure is more of an adventure series where as Angels/Da Vinci are drama/thrillers.

That being said I'd need to see the Treasure series again to make certain, but honestly I'm not too interested in seeing them.

Fun Popcorn Movies = National Treasure 1/2

Better movies = DaVinci/Angels

The DaVinci Code / Angels & Demons are by far the better quality films, except for the ending of Angels......which was one of the worst things I've ever seen

Da Vinci and Angels and Demons
Good story .. average movies

National Treasure 1/2
bad story .. bad movie.

National Treasure is just a rip-off of the Leonardo Code. It was made for one reason only: To capitalize on the popularity of the Dan Brown stories. That blonde is unbelievably hot though, so I wouldn't say the movie is completely worthless. The Da Vinci Code movies aren't quite as interesting as the books, but I can't give my vote to an imitator so they get my vote.

The National Treasure movies are obvious fictional fun, and are more for the entire family.
The Code movies are a blend of fact and fiction which has confused many people, and are more adult oriented.
I prefer the National Treasure movies.
