Even though I put it in the Blu Ray Software section, it got deleted in about 1 hour....

Yeah the MODS are a little careless, as long as a bunch of people complain and report the thread it will get deleted regardless of whether it was in the appropriate section or not.

ya. my ''hd dvd fans giving up?'' thread got deleted too. it was basically the same one I posted here. all it was was a link to the forum at hd-dvd.com. they were kinda mean about it too. there were also some hippies saying ''why are you posting this when it will cause trouble?''.

I was a bit of a prick though.

I was warned and my post deleted for saying they "should stick a fork in it" (it being HD-DVD).

Any warning? If not, then they are loosening up a bit.

Not surprised, I just got banned from this forum. These mods are complete Zeolots. Totally ****ed, but not surprising given Sony is supporting their asses.

If you got banned, how did you post? And if you applied for a new account just to post this, you will definitely get IP banned.

Secondly, this site is not supported by Sony. The owner owns a HD-DVD site as well.

How would you want to contribute to this forum? Give us the details.

I also noticed the "A Big Day for Blu-Ray" post from AVS seems to be gone as well. I guess they couldn't handle the all the BD news over there?

And surpise, surprise, the BJ's exclusivity thread got closed by the HD-DVD people. Pretty sad.
