Returning Gran Torino to amazon.fr - Blu-ray Forum

Hi,

I bought Gran Torino off of Amazon.fr thinking it was a steelbook:

Turns out it's just a regular case. (Just arrived today.) I guess the steelbook either was a "while supplies last" thing and I was too late (I ordered it about two weeks ago), or the picture was wrong. Either way, I would like to return this because I can get the movie in a regular case here in California for half the price. Does anyone know how this works? I don't know any French, and I've never really had to return anything before. Thanks.

I'm sure many of us will become experts in due time because the same crap seems to be happening for G.I. Joe.. i've assume its a standard protocol with amazon all across the world anyways where you send them an e-mail about it and just start from there. You can probably mimic the amazon.com site to the amazon.fr site if you don't know how to speak french to get a jist of where you need to go
