Just ordered - Blu-ray Forum

Closer on Blu-ray. Can't wait to watch it in High Def. I love the movie and I read the BD review on here and it looked like a solid title worth getting on BD. Anybody else a big fan of Closer??

Geez people lol. I like the strip club scene as well. In fact, Natalie fully clothed is pretty damn good by me. How about the movie, specifically on BD. Any words?

It's a fantastic movie, with great acting and a great script. The dialogue feels very real. I also think the scene with Jude Law and Clive Owen on the web is hilarious.

I love this film, have it both on dvd and bd, about the quality, i agree with the reviews, the AQ/PQ are really good, life like. You even can tell a little pimple on Julia Robert's lip on her first scene with Law

Love this movie, was one of my first on blu. I heard that Natalie actually did strip, but demanded that the director edit those scenes out for the final cut. Don't know if this is true or not

Good choice. I have always maintained that Natalie Portman had two really good movies/ performances.

Leon and Closer. If you only ever see two of her films, see those two.

The rest of her resume baffles me, but those two films justify her success to me.

Plus...you know...Natalie stripping!!!

Without saying too much and ruining anything, it's basically about relationships. It deals with the ups and downs that go into relationships and how sometimes things can get real messed up. Wonderful script, acting, and directing. Good movie to watch with a girl, if you're a guy that is.

Ok, so AQ is the same as the dvd, to me at least, which means it's good. We all know it's 97% speech based, so there's hardly any audio to make the speakers come alive. Blower's Daughter hits hard on the sub just like the dvd. Thumbs up.

PQ - MUCH BETTER than I expected. Incredible PQ, especially with facial close-ups. I give it a 5. Thumbs wayyyyy up.
