Probably depends on how long ago your last free trial was. I know that back in November when people were getting free trials (and they'd already had one before) it wouldn't give another one to me.

Edit: I just finished a 1 month free Prime trial with Amazon about a week ago and this still worked...I read over the terms and conditions...there does not seem to be anything "illegitimate" about it

Sweet find OP! I had a one month free trial that just expired and now I have Amazon Prime free until March 29!! Don't forget to turn the auto-renew off. Go to My Account - Manage Prime Membership and then turn off auto-renew.

Good stuff!! Now I need to resist buying.
