Default The Blu-rays that are just sitting there, unwatched

So I have quite the collection building up. You can see the whole thing through my tab if you want. But I lately have been getting backlogged on movies, mostly due to Christmas gifts or because I'm holding off to watch with a specific friend.

What do you own but haven't gotten around to yet? DVDs count too but list them separately. For me:

Band of Brothers (Christmas gift. Currently watching)
Braveheart
Fight Club (Just got it as Christmas gift from friend Bob yesterday)
Full Metal Jacket (My November B-day gift from Bob)
Forrest Gump
Godfather II and III
Inglorious Basterds (Saw it in theaters with Bob. We are waiting to see it with our best friend Sara, who didn't get to go see it)
Mask of Zorro (I haven't watched this film, one of my all time favorites in years anticipating the Blu-ray. Bob hasn't seen it though so I'm waiting until I can play it for him)
Miracle (Christmas gift)
North by Northwest (LOVE this movie, and I'm 22. Some young people can appreciate classics. My parents gave this to me for Christmas so I will watch with them)
Serenity
Star Trek: Next Generation Collection
Transformers 2 (Christmas Gift)

DVD:
Christmas gift from Sara: Zorro Season 1
Christmas gift from parents: Zorro Season 2
(Gee, you think they planned that?)

Also backed up on various episodes from my complete X-Files box set and haven't watched seasons 2-3 of "Due South" that I acquired in the 2008 Black Friday

With all this material, plus theatrical films, and current TV shows, my next purchases won't be until March 9th. I have pre-orders on:
Scarecrow & Mrs. King: Season 1
Tenspeed & Brownshoe: The Complete Series

But I digress, what HAVEN'T you watched yet?

Yeah exactly, plus when something is an outstanding deal it makes sense to jump on it. We'll get to them all eventually. I have like 24 Blu-rays waiting to be watched and that doesn't include Band of Brothers.

well, i've gotten so disorganized because i physically don't have room where i live to store everything. so they're in "piles" =).

thus, i have roughly 70ish titles that i haven't ever seen yet (blind buys) but most of my collection (see below) are things i've seen before.

also, just to clarify, how do you define "unwatched", are you talking about movies you've seen before you purchased the blu-ray but you haven't seen again on blu-ray? or movies you buy on blu-ray that you've NEVER seen before (blind buys)?

cause out of all my collection, i always put the disc in to check if it plays properly and then i just stash it away onto a pile, i don't sit down and rewatch an entire film on BD. i've done that probably just on 1 or two titles of what i have so far.

yeah last amazon offered S1-5 of lost for 100.. way way way too good to pass up and it will take me atleast 4-5 months to watch them all if not longer

so much stuff to watch already so little time plus all the shows returning next month (burn notice, chuck, 24, house, supernatural etc) and even more in feb!

im tempted to take my 2 week vacation time next month and just use it to relax and watch movies but the old lady would hurt me if we don't go somewhere

There are so many good deals that I buy more quickly than I watch. I will eventually watch them, though.

Star Trek TNG Set (First Contact-Nemesis)
Rocky Collection
Godfather Collection
Band of Brothers
3:10 To Yuma
X-Men Trilogy
Heat
Fight Club
MR73
Sparrow
Windtalkers
Tropic Thunder
There Will Be Blood
Terminator
Raging Bull
LA Confidential
Watchmen: DC
Casino Royale International Cut
North Face
Dances With Wolves
Fearless

Jeez... that's a lot more than I thought. Then again, many of them were $10 or less so they were hard to pass up.
