Default What will you spend your tax return on?

Assuming you get one, that is...

What do you plan to do with it? More theater gear? Some movies? Home improvement? Savings? Other hobbies? Childrens' dental work?

I'm hoping to get a good return this year, enough to begin building a new surround sound system.

I think half is going to a long overdue bedroom dresser and the other to savings.

To be honest, I'll be happy to break even. With the wife being self-employed-I have additional taxes taken out of each of my weekly checks to cover her share of the taxes. Last year, we basically broke even. We were actually happy.

If we do luck-out and gets some $$$ back, we will pay off some bills or throw it into savings.

I bought myself an Omega for Christmas, so I'll probably pay the rest of that off. If I have any left I'll be buying this BDi TV stand I've had my eye on for a while.

Last year I had to pay $1 to the IRS (made more than usual), but if I get a refund, it's either bills or more BD's.

80% of me and my wife's income tax is going straight into our savings account. I love having money readily available when an emergency pops up.

Not sure as yet we are going to do with the refund...most likely straight to the savings account.
