So there has been a lot of buzz about this Iranian movie called "No One Knows About Persian Cats." I saw it last night and it is absolutely splendid. Incredible. Heart wrenching. Jaw dropping. Passionately amazing.

The film has won numerous awards at Cannes and also at Sao Pablo International Film Festival.

I have seen some great Iranian movies such as "The Color of Paradise" (available on Netflix Instant watch), "Children of Heaven", "Baran", and "M Like Mother" and this one is a great addition to them.

With all the controversy surrounding Iran, I think this movie is a big shoutout to the world about how Iranians truly feel about their government and how they live in a country where their every moves are controlled.

Anyone interested in foreign films should definitely check this out. I wonder if the film will get any nominations at the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards.
