Problem When Playing PS3 Don't Know What It Is

I am playing a PS3 Game the game is called Sonic The Hedgehog I think there is two problems number one during the FMV when they zoom in on the Characters mainly sonic his hand looks blochy and the teaxures do some strange stuff I can't describe it.The Second problem is in the game when running the game suffers from a major slow down. I tried with both Ganemode On and off

Here Is My Setup FYI

1.TV:Samsung 8000 55"
2.Denon 4310CI
3.PS3 ( 60GB Old Model) Connected Via HDMI
