Default LCD or Plasma for pc/text viewing

Hi, we are looking at getting a huge screen to replace our projector here at work, like a 65" or so screen. I was wondering if LCD or Plasma or what would be best for being connected to a PC and showing things like Spreadsheets and maybe power point presentations? Our projector now is a bit old and spreadsheets are hard to read.
Any input/help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
