Default Does the early 2010 Blu-ray Release Slate look dismal?

Is it me or does it seem like that the Blu-ray movies that are announced all suck for the most part? There are movies coming, but they all seem to be el stink-o.

Am I alone?

Zombieland, Law Abiding Citizen, The Hurt Locker, Smokin' Aces, Atonement, Michael Jackson's This Is It, Walk The Line, Fear & Loathing In Las Vegas, Coco Before Chanel, Clash of the Titans '81, Toy Story, Toy Story 2, Precious, Saving Private Ryan, Collateral, Analyze This/Analyze That double pack, Back to the Future Trilogy, Minority Report, Avatar, Alien Quadrilogy (or whatever the hell Fox calls the BD), Lord of the Rings: Trilogy and Terminator: Skynet Edition all suck?

That's odd. Usually with a list like that, one title stands out as the only title everyone can agree they want.

Back to the Future, Walk the Line, are must buy titles for me. I'm gonna wait for L.O.T.R. extended versions though. I want Tombstone, Legend, Kingpin, Demon Knight, Apocalypse Now. That would be VERY EXCITING for me.

I think at the beginning of last year we had people posting similar concerns. There will be more announcements.

This year seems pretty good to me. On Feb 9 i have Running man, Drop zone, and Hard rain. I am also looking forward to Zombieland and Boondock saints 2 because i loved both of them in theaters. All in all there be plenty of good movies (if you have tastes anything like mine).

Are you trying to tell me the difference between "plenty of good movies" and "A bunch of Crappy movies" is personal taste?????

This is a concept this forum isn't ready for yet..... better keep that under wraps.....

Well i have been told i have pretty bad taste in movies, but i just like to be entertained and am not looking for a big thought provoking movie all the time. I guess i just see the lighter side of the upcoming releases seeing as i know of about 20 movies in the next 3 months i want.

We're only 3 weeks into the year and you're already complaining about the 2010 release schedule?

There is about 12 releases I am looking forward too in the next few months.

On March 23 I will be very happy to have The African Queen. Not too sure how anyone could qualify this movie as garbage but everyone is different I suppose

It's been rumored, but I haven't heard anything since last summer. It could just as easily have been a typo on the Digital Bits DVD Summit report, which is where the rumor started. They listed Van Ling, the producer of the Terminator 2: Skynet Edition Blu-ray, as having worked on Terminator: Skynet Edition.
