This inquiry is just about general hardware support. (not blu-ray issues)
I turned on my hard drive and I see at the bottom of my screen (in the icons section near the time) that an update for my drive is occurring. I've never seen this before. Well that goes away and I try to access my drive which opens after taking a while to load, and displays the folders but when ever I try to open the folders all the files appear to be missing. I know somewhere the data is there because the room left shows the space is being taken up.. Somehow this update made everything inaccessible. I've even tried re-formatting my drive (as a last resort) but windows tells me it was unable to complete the format? Now I can't copy and paste or add anything to the drive. |
