I have a few pics in my gallery. Nothing major, but it gets the job done for now.

Nice job. You are too modest. You have a really nice looking room and you have your speakers and TV area all set-up quite nicely. How do you like the sound of the Sony's? I think you have done a really good job....keep up the good work!

I say you have a Nice System there,dvs1270.
The 47 inch Vizio starts a Wonderful Foundation for the Video Segment of Your System.

Add the Nice Samsung BD Player and the Video end of your system looks Very Good.
The Screenshot you have in Your Gallery is Extremely Detailed with Great Contrast and Depth.

The Sony AV Receiver is a Wonderful Building Block for a System that looks as if it would provide Very Good Performance with what you Currently Have.

But,it also would make a Wonderful Receiver if you do ever decide to upgrade your system.

The Speakers from Sony look good, and its nice to see that you have a True Center Speaker(That would add a lot of realism to any Movie you are watching)

The Main Speakers and Surround Speakers, are both capable products that can and do deliver good overall sound. They should help you feel as if you are in the Movie and a Part of the Movie.

The Dayton Sub is a Very Good Choice.
Dayton makes speakers and subs for any and every price range.
But their subs, inparticularly are more then capable of providing a Tight,Strong Bass to Give Your Movies(or music)That Low End Push and Full Sound to give Sound Effects that extra touch they need to make them seem much more realistic.
.

Include some Great Speaker Stands and AV Rack, and your system is all you need.It covers everything a Good Home Theater Depends on for realistic performance and Making You Feel as if You are IN the Movies and Not Just Watching them.

So,from what I see,I am extremely Impressed and Happy to see you put together a System that Covers All of the Basics a Quality Home Theater Needs.

Then you have given yourself a Strong Sony AV Receiver that will Grow with you and handle most any upgrade you may decide on,down the Road.

But to see you can use loseless surround(Dolby TRUE HD and DTS-HD)now(which really provides an improvement over the Lossy Formats)lets me know that you built a System with a Receiver,Blu-Ray Player, and TV to be the Start of a System as Incredible as you want to make it.

But Congratulations on a Strong Start, and also Thanks for Sharing Your System With Us.
I Really Like what I see(And I Hope you Really Like what you See and Hear).

Thanks for your comments & compliments. The Sonys sound very good considering their price & age. I got them at a close-out sale at Rex's Appliances. They were $80 total. I polyfilled them all & that helped tighten them up a little.
The center is a year model later than my books, therefore the color is a more of a brownish-grey. I need to get a rack for my movies & games this week. I also need to clean up my cables. As soon as I get my AA Sub10 fixed, it's going back into the Dayton's place. I want to put up a fe more daytime pics without the dust & fingerprints.
