The odds are slim and none that the remaining seasons get released on Blu-ray. The current economics of the format don't support prior television seasons being released from the major Hollywood studios, especially at Universal. The only outlet for unreleased HD seasons of House will be on iTunes and the like.

Agree... If they didn't see the money in doing it while House was still running new episodes... I know they don't see the money in doing it now.

Maybe years down the road you can think it might be "classic" and get another shot in that perspective... but I wouldn't hold my breath for anything anytime soon.

This is bogus! I've been holding out hope for a box set and thus haven't ever fully watched it through because of this and haven't bought 6-8 for the same reason. My hopes will remain but are dampered!
