Carriers will be released on Blu-ray in Germany on February 26, 2010. It is released by Splendid Entertainment so it will most likely be region B. No info on the audio or subs.

I am wondering the same thing. Seems ridiculous that this is a US release and won't be Region A compatible. US movie, English audio, but not region A friendly?

This one looks pretty good. Might be worth a blind buy to me. Pro B?

I imported it from Amazon Germany,it was a good movie wasn't great but I enjoyed it.PQ/AQ was good as well.

What is the region coding on this? Will it play in a Region A player? English language audio?

I just double checked it is region B locked .I had to enter the region B code on my Sherwood 5004,It is English friendly,no forced subs,even comes with a white medical mask like the ones that are worn in the movie to prevent virus spread.IMO the Sherwood region free player was the best 150.00 I have spent on my HT.

Thanks for the follow-up. Sucks about the region coding. For $150 that sure is tempting. Off topic but where did u pick up your player?

I got mine through Amazon,I just checked the price has dropped a bit ,now $143.00 free shipping,I absolutely love it ,thinking about picking up a second one,no issues with it whatsoever,it's nice to order any movie you want without worrying about the region playback.

I highly reccommend an all region player. It will allow you to play Strange Days, along with many other titles, and future titles to come
