Comedy Preliminary Poll!! Vote "7" Films Only!! - Blu-ray Forum

Ok here is the Comedy preliminary poll! Choose the top 7 movies as only 7 will advance. I am gonna have this poll opened for a few days and I will continue to make all of the polls over the next few days so the voting can take place. Remember vote for the 7 u want to see make the tourney. Base it on how u feel. Remember its not best or fav poll, its overall and all up to u! Also remember only actual votes will count so dont just list your picks without voting or your votes wont count!

Also remember that its hard to list every movie in the genre as it would be to long so I am listing based on website hype or recent polls that Ive seen. Remember only top "7" advance anyway so if a movie u recognize isnt on the list then just pick the 7 from what is listed. There are a lot of categories and certain movies can fall under a diff category. Have fun guys! Let keep it goin......Got Em!!

Hey Czar, I am not one to complain... but these last few sets have me confused...

Why mix the genres?

How can you have:
Star Wars A New Hope in the same poll as Shrek?
Pee Wee's Big Adventure in the same poll as Indian Jones?
Casablanca with Hitch or True Romance?
Blazing Saddles with Blood Diamond?

These last few polls have reminded me of that old song on Sesame Street... one of these things just doesn't belong.

would have liked to see Planes, Trains, & Automobiles there since it is one of my all time favorites but I had no problem voting for my other 7 favorites!

Comedy is the most versatile tastes in the whole world, one thing might appeal to one, might repel another.

Hey a lot of people like that film, I think it's the film with the highest chance of being looked back at a decade later and being considered a comedy classic. Yet, people didn't look back at films like Animal House and Blues Brothers and say that gonna become a comedy classic.

I did have to vote for Step Brothers by force, but thats a story I'll have to tell another time.

haha... just messin with ya...idk, i actually liked the hangover the first time i saw it.... 2nd time it was kind of dumb...

i liked the hangover, but i think ts one of those one time movies, subsequent viewings arent quite as good, but thats just me

I did feel a bit underwhelmed the second time I watched, I need to try it again
