With the new Free Willy movie coming out soon anyone wish that the first one would come out on blu-ray? Haven't seen it in so long hope they do make it to blu-ray.

Would also really like the 3 films on blu ray.
I love the first and its 20 years old this year and I bet it will look great in HD?

This was entertaining to me as a kid and even now as an adult it is still enjoyable. Wouldn't mind picking this up on blu if it ever came out.

I'm really surprised this isn't even out on blu-ray yet. The first one if not the other two.

It woul be a great opportunity for this to be released this year, since it is its 20th anniversary!!

Agreed. I think they should go all out on the release as well and bring out behind the scenes featurettes, interviews with the cast and deleted scenes. Not to mention cast/director commentary.

Don't understand why this isn't on Blu yet.
I thought it was a big success back in the day!!
Just listening to the soundtrack... What memories of watching the film at the cinema!!

I don't understand it either. This year marks the 20th Anniversary it would be a golden opportunity to release it now, but for whatever reason they haven't yet. Oh well, maybe we will see a release in 2014.
