There is a bit of a buzz about the region A version just released. I just pre-ordered it from amazon.co.uk.

wathched this last night,pretty good film.it states on the back of the case that it has dd 5.1 and dts hd 5.1 but actually only has dts hd.does'nt matter just bugged me a little bit

Saw it on RB last night. Loved it. The Region A is locked by the way...and only has trailers for extras!

I'm sitting on the fence on this one. It was ok. Groundhog day esque titles are not my thing. I thought some of the film work was very ghetto and cheap. As the movie progressed I was seeing improvments here and there. I'd give it a 7/10, it really improves towards the end. I am not sure how much replay value this movie would have. Its a rental first. I bought this blind based on peoples opinions of the region A release in the States. .

Will the Region B edition work on U.S. players? Love the film and want to purchase the Blu-Ray, but not the rip-off American version.

Yes, but that doesn't always mean that it is region-locked. Many Icon releases will play on American machines. But there are a handful that do not (IN BRUGES, LOADED). So I'm hoping that someone can confirm regarding TRIANGLE.

+1. A little cheaper from the UK even with shipping. Been on the fence on this one for awhile but may jump at the $10 price point. Can anyone confirm if this is region A compatible or not?

Region B only.. I tried it on American PS3 and got the "this disc is not compatible with this region of player".

Thanks for the heads up. Is Icon known for being region locked?

Looks like a print error on the back of the UK Blu-ray case. It says DVD extras, and it's a single disc BLU-RAY release.

I just ordered this yesterday on ebay for less than $6 shipped to the states. Hope it's a good blind buy. I think the US release may be OOP as it was going for $79.xx on Amazon yesterday when I looked.
