Poking around it looks like there have been two differing German BD releases of Meet Bill. The one that your releaselists site links to on Amazon is the older release. There is a chance the newer release (from a totally different company) is 1080p, I'ld bet it'll still be "B" locked either way.

The one listed on Grooves shows the new release date. I would doubt it's a new encode, Bluray-disc.de lists both versions as 1080i. But, I do like the cover art on the original release more than the re-issue.

Region Free, but not 60hz friendly. If you can handle 576i and 1080/50i, you're fine.

Sorry for the random bump of this thread, but what does 60hz friendly mean? I was gonna try to import this, the re-release it looks like, since the other one wouldn't ship to the states.

Amazon lists this as Region B locked however.
