I see both films come with Uncompressed audio tracks..

How has Warner packaged these? 2 fatcases in a slip, or one slip and one case?

Thinking about ordering it you know

They come in two seperate normal Blu Ray Cases and they slide into a cardboard box/sleeve. Like Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings do.
