Not sure if this trouble shooting problem belongs in this section but here is my dilemma. I just purchased the Samsung PN50B550 along with the sammy BD-P1600. I have the Directv DVR and the Onkyo HTR667 surround and everything is running through the reciever w/ HDMI cables. The anynet is a pain in the ass. Sometimes it will connect and other times it does not. Even when I disconnect the anynet service, the BD player may or may not connect. This is becoming very frustraiting. Does it matter what HDMI hook-up it's connected to on the TV. Currently I have it connected to HDMI 3 which is the 1st slot on the back of the TV. How important is the 1.3 HDMI cables for this set-up? Could it be a firmware update? It will be greatly appreciated if anyone who has had this problem can help me fix it.
Thanks |
