Sure thing...click on

at the bottom of your post, then the "Delete" button.

To delete a post go

Edit> Go Advanced> At the very top is Delete Message and ok

Well they're not going to ban you just so you stop browsing the site buddy, you're just going to have to find the willpower yourself.

Even easier solution....change your password to a random string of letters and numbers. Copy that in the confirm password field. Log off. Done. For the record, getting yourself banned won't get rid of your posts or profile
