Default Wal-Mart Blu-ray titles vs. HD DVD 2:1

I visited a local Wal-Mart store and noticed that they have expanded their Blu-ray offerings.

While previously, their Blu-ray titles were even with HD-DVD. Now I noticed that the Blu-ray selection (and shelf space!) was twice what the HD-DVD offerings were.

Another nail in the coffin?

My Walmart had 300 on blu ray on release day, that's the only blu ray I've ever seen there.

Same here they had two copies of it on blu-ray and two on HD-DVD but when I went back later that week they had about 10 more blu-rays and no HD-DVD's. I am hoping that its because more people are asking for the blu-ray.

My Wally has about 20 total HD titles. I think 3 of em are HDDVD, the rest BD.

I don't like Wal-Mart, but my dislike was slightly less today. I went to get something on sale, plus check out their BD section. (Got Final Fantasy for $20) They TMNT for $25, but no 300. They had more than twice the shelf space for BD as they had for HD DVDs. (That isn't saying much since they only had about 25 movies) But, they did have the SONY BDP-S300 and no HD DVD players at all. Not that they just didn't have them in stock, they didn't have a display for them anywhere and beliveve me, I looked for one.
