Hi Folks,
I'm new in this forum, sorry for my english. I'll do my best (I'm learning). See the link with the Pioneer LX models. http://www.pioneer.eu/eur/products/4.../overview.html I think that those receivers are the same as Elite Models ![]() My model LX50 (predecessor of LX52) don't accept connect my speakers to the receiver using Banana Plug. Someone have the same experience with some Elite models? Maybe my solution should be a EMO AMP ![]() |

That's a little different than the one I posted above, but the binding posts are the same so it should take banana plugs. I guess it's possible that yours may be a little too big for it, because as Fors pointed out they do come in a couple of different sizes. Also keep in mind that they may not plug in quite all the way.

The Banana plug work fine with my speakers, I'll remove the cap completely to see if I can remove this piece of plastic. I hope that the problem be the plastic on the speaker input. I let you know. Last edited by TCR Alliance; 03-03-2010 at 05:43 PM. Reason: word corrections |

IIRC they don't come off of mine all the way. When you look through the hole can you see anything in there that would block a banana plug from sliding in?

Like Steve said, they don't come off completly, but I was wondering if their might be some kind of small plastic "cap" that protects the speaker inputs until they are ready for us.......did you notice anything blocking the terminals?
