Default An act of desperation!!

Hey guys,

just wanted to know your input regarding this HYPOTHETICAL situation. Since Universal decided to continue this whole ridiculous, no point, format war. basically, giving HDDVD a chance to come back against BD (a situation where could be easily compared to someone who completely abused their credit and just tried to get another credit card.) how much of a chance Universal has against BD.

personally, Universal so far haven't released their best, classic, and most definitely blockbuster releases like BACK TO THE FUTURE, and JURASSIC PARK for example. why are they holding back? do you think they had an idea that BD will win the format war, and go ahead and release the films on BD, or they are holding for the 4th Q as a backup plan?

this is nothing but a discusstion of a strategy trying to figure out what Uni is trying to pull off. my fellow blurayers, this is nothing but a study of their strategy. To know your enemy's weakness, is to know your enemy's strength. let's have a positive, and productive discussion.
