What's next, John Mayer is going to sue everybody who writes a "Dear John" letter.

This is nothing but a washed up drugged out slut who used to be famous looking for a little more media attention. When I first saw this ad, I did not think about Lindsay Lohan at all, I just thought it was a cute commercial. I suspect most of the US population didn't think this was about Lindsay Lohan until she filed the suit - she's a former actress. She is basically looking for some free publicity and maybe a little bit of cash to buy more drugs with.

LOL @ this lawsuit and her lawyer's argument that she's attained "first name status" like Madonna, Oprah, etc.

Hope it gets thrown out with sanctions against Lohan and her lawyer.

Mom doesn't have standing; that'll be the easiest motion to dismiss (on that issue) in the history of litigation.
